We will be open until the 23rd December until 2pm for phone orders. Please note however our trade counter collection orders will be closed from 4pm on the 22nd December the until Tuesday 3rd January 2012.
All orders placed until Thursday the 22nd using Next Day delivery should arrive by Friday the 23rd.However due to increased parcels going through the courier we cant guarentee any parcel arriving next day after the 19th On Friday the 23rd we will be open until 1pm with all Next Day delivery orders will be processed and dispatched which should arrive on the 28th December. However, due to the high Volume of parcels some orders may not arrive until the 29th/30th December.
Our warehouse will be working on the 29th and the 30th processing online web orders, however we cannot guarantee a delivery date until the new year.
Collections

The massive flood that hit Thailand last week is causing substantial issues to the hard drive Industry, more so than the earthquake last year. Two of Western Digital’s factories have been directly affected, and have announced that they will ship no HDD's until the 1st of November.
The company now expects that the flooding of its Thailand facilities, combined with flood damage to the company’s supply chain in Thailand, will have significant impact on the company’s overall operations”
Seagate has had one of their factories directly affected, they are still shipping but this has been impacted by the effect of the floods on their infrastructure.
“Given the volatility of the situation it is unclear what the magnitude of the supply chain disruption will be to Seagate’s hard disk drive output from its Thailand operations. As a result of the disruption caused by the floods, Seagate anticipates hard drive supply will be constrained throughout the current quarter.”
Toshiba and Hitachi have not been directly affected; although Toshiba’s factory is closed due to evacuation, which has been ordered by Thailand’s Government, who have given; no indication on when this order will be lifted.
We foresee the price rising sharply and product going into constraint as panic buying sets in, coupled with component level supply issues and government evacuation orders. Other Industry experts foresee little improvement in supply for this QTR, and more than likely carrying on into next year.

The recent bad weather has severely impacted parcel delivery services in Scotland and Newcastle, in addition Interlink Express has unprecedented volumes of parcels being shipped. The two factors combined mean that our Scottish and Newcastle depots now have severe delivery backlogs.
